REC – The Recruitment and Employment Federation
is an industry body who regulates as well as represents the recruitment industry. REC offers an extensive range of services and benefits to its members, including a Legal Service, specialist sector and regional support, news and information.
Since 2003 we have maintained our affiliation with C2E
. They provide Good Practice Change models for business to adopt in order to monitor and improve standards relating to Age, Disability, Ethnic or national origin, Gender, Race, Religion and Sexual orientation.
Gold Standard, Diversity Works for London –
We have achieved the Gold Standard from Diversity Works
. The Gold Standard is specifically tailored to SMEs and reviews our practices regarding all aspects of business performance including; workforce, workplace environment, marketplace and suppliers in order to indentify gaps within our Diversity Plan. The gold Standard has helped us to formulate a strategic plan of action to enhance the equality and diversity practices within Goodman Masson.
Investors in People –
We are a member of IiP
and have been associated with them since 2003. Organisations who are members have substantiated robust practices focusing on the culture and quality of their working environment. IiP supports our own business plan and workplace strategies.

. Most of our competitors are not members. Buying Solutions manages the procurement of over 40 clients within the Public Sector and is responsible for maintaining a high level of consistency and quality in the sector.
