Goodman Masson records their highest ever temp numbers
LONDON, UK. 30th September, 2010. Goodman Masson, the largest Independent Financial Recruitment business in the UK, records their highest ever temp numbers.
Goodman Masson finished Q3 2010 on their highest ever temps out. Starting the year on 135, at the end of September there were 251 Finance temps working for them across the Commerce and Financial Services markets. Gross Margin for the quarter was £2.76m with a 15% profit return, 62% up on the same period last year.
Guy Hayward, CEO says of this performance ‘To start this year on 135 temps and now sit on over 250 is a remarkable achievement and looking at pipeline of activity and client demand I would expect this to approach the 300 mark by the turn of the year. Job flow and 1st interview count has remained strong despite the summer period and we have witnessed an increase of candidates asking for day rate as opposed to contracts’.
‘I’m delighted with our Q3 performance levels. Our Gross Margin and profit % remains strong, we continue to increase our PSA portfolio and candidate flow is the strongest we’ve seen all year. It’s building up for an exciting finish to 2010’.
