Women in Leadership
In the UK, while there is much media coverage in regards to creating the right environment and career infrastructure for women to end up with a seat in the boardroom, the reality is it’s not as common as you would hope.
Goodman Masson has launched the Women in Leadership programme.
We saw this as an opportunity to create a working infrastructure for our female colleagues to position themselves for a successful career ahead. From talking about leadership, decision making, your personal brand, building your career road map, visibility, the work life issue and most of all how to make it happen.
Our Vision
‘Women in Leadership’ enables us to bring together a talented group of professionals and provide them with the infrastructure and platform to visualise, shape and embark along a successful career path’.
