It’s Guy’s belief that it is his obligation as CEO to build a platform for everyone to professionally develop and create a environment where everyone has the opportunity to move their careers forward. Central to our growth, is the need to offer opportunity. This relates to the opportunity for all of us to be associated with a business that grows and a business that becomes a leading brand. Our ‘Your Career’ document is integral to every quarterly appraisal. A third of the document discusses the next stages in your progression and the steps to promotion. In H2  of 2010 we have already seen 12 promotions from across the business. As we continue to grow, our peoples careers will expand and new roles and opportunities will be created.
