Mock Tribunal
 

Speaker: Elizabeth Lang, Employment Partner at Bird & Bird LLP

 

An interactive insight for HR professionals into what really happens at an employment tribunal.

The hearing focused on a claim of unfair dismissal and discrimination following a redundancy. It featured all major stages of a hearing including opening submissions, witness evidence and cross examination, before a decision is reached. It took the form of a workshop and attendees had the opportunity to discuss key aspects of the case with employment lawyers as it progressed.
