Please complete all of the questions on this form. In section 2, for questions 3 & 4 the panel are looking for you to give a true insight into your motivations. For question 5 they are simply looking for the most helpful tip. Question 6 is a chance to share ideas, state opinions or raise issues that you think are important, within the context of the question. Question 7 only applies to those applying for the re-sit bursary. All answers should be no more than 100 words. Please refer to the
bursary page for specific information on each of the bursaries available.
Your form and your application will be treated in the strictest of confidence. Applicants might be contacted for either a phone or face to face interview and be asked to supply a current work reference as part of the selection process.
