The employer/hiring manager identifies vacancy and receives internal budget approval.
Job specification created.
Engage with Goodman Masson.
Discuss your specifications with Goodman Masson including: budget, timeframe, role requirements. Also have one to one with client.
Goodman Masson assume control
Goodman Masson manage advert postings and will begin sourcing candidates
Pre-screening and candidate short-listing together with full pre-employment checks, referencing and UK work eligibility.
After Goodman Masson has pre-interviewed candidates, a CV shortlist of applicants will be dispatched to the hiring manager together with full commentary and recommendation.
The hiring manager will select candidates for interview
Goodman Masson arrange all interviews, and brief candidates Interview can be done on-site at our offices
Goodman Masson collect feedback from client/candidates and either arrange ‘next stage’ interviews or make an offer
Extend and negotiate an offer to the candidate on the employer’s behalf
Once the offer is accepted, Goodman Masson will manage all necessary paperwork
Goodman Masson will ensure continuous contact with the candidate up until the start date of the assignment and will be completely available to deliver our full aftercare package to the employer
