"I was impressed with the service received from Goodman Masson from the start. I arranged a meeting on 29 June to sign papers etc, but even before this I was contacted by Ronan Farrelly with a possible job opportunity which he put my CV forward for. The firm was very accomodating with rearranging my time on the day of the interview, as I had other meetings to fit in.

For my first meeting, having attended 2 other recruitment consultant meetings that day, the service received stood out above the rest - the reception staff were friendly, I was offered drink(s), had newspapers to read and an air conditioned room. All the recruitment consultants were thorough in discussing what it was I wanted to do, without pushing me into anything.

Ronan immediately knew of a client who he could get in contact with, which he mentioned at this first meeting. By contacting this client speculatively, I was not up against other applicants. By the following day, he had arranged an interview with this firm, and arranged to meet with me again to discuss any advice, hints and tips. He then proceeded to keep me informed at all stages of the interview process including calling me before and after the interview to offer support.

A second interview was arranged as well as an interview with another company, all within a week or two. I was given as much feedback and advice at all stages as possible, and Ronan always returned my calls, which has been markedly better than the service received from other consultants.

Once I was offered the job, Ronan negotiated the starting package, taking into consideration both my requirements and those of the company to arrange a package both parties were happy with.

I have since been in contact with Ronan, and he has gone out of his way to offer advice to my partner who is also looking for jobs, as Ronan knows our plans to move up to London shortly. This advice has been above and beyond his role, as my partner is looking into jobs within a different sector. I would be happy to recommend Goodman Masson to people in the future."
