Interim

"We engaged Goodman Masson to source the above position following a very brief internet search where we identified a number of similar positions being advertised by them.
On Wednesday 27th May I briefed Andrew Webster-Garvey over the phone and agreed to give 24 hours exclusively in order for him to demonstrate they had the right calibre of consultants, by 9.45pm Andrew had sent over 6 CV’s of which we agreed to interview 3.
Interviews were arranged for the 3rd and 5th June, all candidates arrived on time and as scheduled and frankly we would have employed any of them, the skill and cultural matches were very good but having chosen our preferred Andrew made the necessary arrangements for them to start from Turkey where he was on leave, on his return we have reached agreement on the fees and contract structure.
The entire process took 6 working days from instruction to start and every step was well managed with clear communication and most importantly an excellent result.
