We’ve set our stool out with wonderful clarity. We know what clients we want to work with and we have systematically talked to them…all of them.
 
Within Investment and Retail Banking we have secured the bulge bracket names that will help build our brand. Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, BoA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche, UBS, Credit Suisse, Lloyds, Santander and Barclays to name just a few.
 
We broke down the world of commerce into sub-sectors which encourages deep knowledge and market specialisation. All the leading Blue Chip brands in the Media, FMCG & Retail, Energy, Property, IT, Telecoms and Healthcare markets sit at the top of our sales plan and we’re engaged with them. WPP, Heinz, Sainsbury’s, EMAP , GlaxoSmithKline, Vodafone, BP and Coca-Cola are just a few PSA’s we have signed.
 
The client list goes on, but our approach to securing more PSA’s, we believe is market leading. Every client we want to work with we are speaking to. 
 
Each PSA is handled by key account management teams that are organised through our client services function. Securing the PSA is only the beginning and through our Dashboard we know every single day of the week the progress we are making. We know how many key contacts we are speaking to within a client and how frequently and we can monitor all sales activity so that we become an important partner to our client portfolio.
  
Outside of the big corporates you have the SME community. For each sector we know these clients and more importantly we speak to them.
 
We know when clients are reviewing their supplier lists. In the lead up to the renewal dates we engage with all the correct stakeholders, complete the organisational mapping and ensure that consultants from every discipline in the sector group are engaged with the client. Come pitch date we are now confident that the client will know us.
 
And our approach to client services ensures that we deliver on our PSA commitments. As we do this we build our brand, we improve the quality and quantity of opportunities we offer our candidates and as individuals we build our careers with the tools we need. We are working as one team with one goal – to be a supplier to a majority of the global leading brands!
