Forms for GM Temps

This section of our website provides temp and contract workers who are employed through Goodman Masson with all the necessary documents that they need to: register with us, user guides for online time sheets, forms for tax documents and information on temping protocol.

If you are a new temp please download our starter guide and read our factsheet on temping and the protocols. To start working with us you need to provide the documents listed below. If further documentation is required your consultant will inform you:

• Completed registration form
• Proof of ID (passport)
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (Visa, Passport)
• Proof of professional qualifications
