Job description
I am seeking a Change and Training Business Analyst with a solid track record within strategic change programmes to join a Retail bank in the City for a 6 month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop approach for system training
• Facilitate sign off of the approach and ensure all dependencies are agreed and delivered
• Input into the training plan and report on a regular basis
• Manage all issues and risks associated with the use of the system for training purposes
• Management of the deployment and maintenance of the system for training purposes (including provision of appropriate data)
• Ensure the demo system is able to be used at all locations (on and off shore)
• Develop a process and supporting material to instruct Trainers, Superuser and End User on accessing the system and using it to complete training scenarios
