Job description
A leading Wholesale Banking organisation is currently searching for a manager to join its Cash Management business. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4-5 analyst with in the Client Delivery team. The team oversees and assists with the on-boarding of all clients for the FX/MM business.
Responsibilities will include:
•Ensuring the team meets set targets and KPIs whilst nurturing talent and personal development.
•To analysis current processes and procedures and actively look to enhance these where possible.
•Build and develop relations with Front and Middle Office
•Assist in the implementation of a new Murex System.
Key requirements:
•Working knowledge of all asset classes life cycle with particular focus on FX/MM
•Previous management experience
•Exposure to using Murex 3.1
•Lean/Six Sigma accredited
