An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the Top 10 Accountancy firms as an Executive in the Transaction Services team. You will be involved in the financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and or reporting accountants work. As part of the role you will support Transaction Services projects and undertake ‘hands on’ field work. You will establish good working relationships with clients and provide clients with value-adding recommendations.
To be successful, you will need acute commercial awareness, preferably from gaining this experience within a Top 25 firm. An ACA qualification (or equivalent) is required - please stipulate whether you gained all First Time Passes. You will also need a minimum of 2:1 at degree level. . There are opportunities for travel and excellent career progression.
