Job description
My client, a Big 4 accounting firm, is looking to recruit at a Senior Manager level in London. Their Pensions practice is a multi-disciplinary group comprising around 100 professionals - actuaries, employee benefits specialists, investment professionals and administrators. The last few years have seen pensions become a significant corporate issue and feature highly on Board agendas. Increasingly, it is companies rather than trustees that drive the need for pensions advice. These companies recognise the need for advisors who are independent of the trustees and capable of giving broad, commercial and strategic advice. Pensions are an increasingly complex problem, where the solution often goes beyond what traditional actuarial firms can deliver. This is your chance to join a well-established firm with a very commercial outlook. Your clients will include both household names and large international brands, and you will team with colleagues across many internal departments to provide complete business solutions. You should be self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-moving environment, have a good presence and strong communication skills, have the ability to lead teams and manage relationships, and have solid technical skills and a focused commercial attitude.Goodman Masson is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
