Job description
A leading UK Wholesale Banking giant is currently searching for a Derivatives Client Services Manager to come and lead a new function in an already well established department.
This exciting opportunity will be looking after a team of 8 which specifically focus on overseeing all client requirements regarding all OTC and ETD settlements. The team is responsible for dealing with high net worth clients including asset managers and hedge funds so delivering quality service to clients at all times is paramount.
Within this role you will be required to:
•Ensure the team provides an excellent level of service to all client settlement queries within strict time frames.
•Help develop team members to ensure they become product experts.
•Oversee various projects related to industry regulations in line with new legislation such as Dodd Frank and assisting in the implementation of this change.
•Day to day management of the team
Skill set required:
•Solid understanding of OTC and ETD products as well as coming from a background in settlements
•Previous exposure to working with HNW clients and being able to deliver exceptional quality under stressful time constraints
•Experience in clearing and knowledge of the new legislations
•Summit knowledge
