Job description
An International Financial Services company are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their London base finance team.
The key responsibilities will be:
- To control the Basel 2 Financial Control process
- Bank of England and FSA based regulatory reporting
- Maintain financial control throughout any regulatory reporting system and process changes
- Effective communication with other areas of the business including Finance and IT
To be considered for this role you must be a Part Qualified accountant (or equivalent) with experience of working within a regulatory finance role previously. You must have an understanding of the Basel 2 framework for regulatory reporting. You must have excellent system skills and be an effective communicator.
