Job description
A leading European Bank is current seeking an FX Options product specialist to join their Derivatives Middle Office area. This area is looking for candidates with excellent product knowledge and ideally VBA skills. Previously candidates who have been successful in this role have either come from a Product Control or Trading background. Specifically the role is for a Global Derivatives Controller which will focus on the following:
• Production, analysis and comment on the FX Hybrids trading P&L and risk
• Options and PRDC price verification, and maintenance of all Options trade/position and model valuation adjustments,
• Ensuring new trades are within the scope of the model approval and the market data maintained in the valuation and risk reporting systems
• Maintenance of cash and completeness controls
• Lead the design of more efficient and effective Front Office functions, including specifying and implementing more efficient Middle Office processes
