Our client, a leading and expanding pharmaceutical business, is seeking a Head of Business Planning and Analysis to join their busy finance team. This role is responsible for providing commercial financial leadership through strategic input to Sales & Marketing managers, pricing strategies, improved allocation of resources and management of financial initiatives to drive sales growth and productivity. You will also own all aspects of the financial appraisal, forecasting, monthly performance reporting. This role will have two direct reports and be responsible for net sales over 100 million. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in the FMCG/Pharmaceutical sector and will have exceptional business partnering skills/experience.
