An International Banking group is looking for a candidate to join its Cash Management department as part of the implementation team, providing solutions for its EMEA client base. The role will be managing a team responsible for project managing the implementation and support of cash and treasury management solutions.

The role will involve:

Team function:

• Implementing EDI payments and reporting solutions for clients.
• Project managing the delivery of Pan-European EDI solutions to EMEA clients
• Project managing the implementation of solutions, from standard product to complex
• Overseeing deliver y and execution of implementation project within time-lines
• Providing consultancy to Sales and product teams to win new business
• Preparing presentation to present Cash Management solutions to clients

Personal function:

• Management of a client facing team, who’s role is to deliver technical solutions to EMEA clients
• Drive consistency in implementation
• Responsible for setting goals for the team to produce excellent client service
• Identify initiatives that drive client satisfaction
• Contribute to implementation product that deliver new product, to grow the bank’s business
• Develop members of the team, to best meet growth in volume

The candidate should have:

• Strong experience in client facing roles, within a similar implementation/ client on boarding function
• Experience in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to drive large scale projects/ change
• Strong understanding of Cash Management products, such as eBanking and eCommerce and payment systems
• Understanding of various clearing systems in Europe
• Good knowledge of the GTS business
