Job description

Reporting to the Head of Finance transformation, you will work closely with their internal partners, enabling them to gain a complete understanding of the operational requirements for a change to the organisation within a specific business area. They will be responsible for deriving solutions in partnership with third party resources, challenging them as and where required and referencing solutions against the benefits case.
You will be expected to work in partnership with senior managers and other managers deploying expert business analysis skill, broad business knowledge and specialist expertise to ensure that the strategic solution provides the significant business benefit. You will be responsible for all aspects of change projects ensuring business process solutions to efficiently meet the requirements of Finance and ensure that all changes impacting on people, customers, etc are recorded and resolved.

You will have:
• A financial qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA,ACA) or MBA; Prince 2 is desirable although not essential.
• Consulting experience; whether in-house or external consulting for a global consultancy.
• The Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment, with attention to detail, a commitment to quality and the ability to think strategically
• Experience of business process analysis and design techniques
• Possess excellent attention to detailed information and translate it into viable, pragmatic solutions
• A good understanding of project life cycles and the ability to produce comprehensive, complete documentation without functional gaps. An understanding of project management methodologies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds –both- finance & non-finance
• Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Preferably experience and a strong interest in the luxury goods industry.
