Job description
You will be expected to work in partnership with senior managers and other managers on large scale transformation projects with blue-chip clients, taking an end-to-end, process-based approach to address their key business challenges. This requires exceptional professionals who are confident to take control and responsibility, monitoring the projects progress from start to finish, deploying expert business analysis skill, broad business knowledge and specialist expertise to ensure that the strategic solution provides the significant business benefit. You will work closely with their internal partners, enabling them to gain a complete understanding of the operational requirements for a change to the organisation within a specific business area.
Successful applicants will have:
• A financial qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA,ACA) or MBA; Prince 2 is desirable although not essential.
• Consulting experience; whether in-house or external consulting for a global consultancy.
• The Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment, with attention to detail, a commitment to quality and the ability to think strategically
• Experience of business process analysis and design techniques
• Possess excellent attentive to detailed information and translate it into viable, pragmatic solutions.
• A good understanding of project lifecycles and the ability to produce comprehensive, complete documentation without functional gaps. An understanding of project management methodologies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds –both- finance & non-finance.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Preferably experience in the media industry.
