Job description
We are currently working a mandate for a well known Bank based in the City of London, who due to on going restructuring have an opening for a Senior Manager to join their Capital Markets Operations team.
This is a senior management role not a line role, so to be considered for this position you will already have the experience and skills at a strategic level.
The team manages all of the settlement process from trade inception through to full settlement for a number of Fixed Income products including Bonds, SPV's, Gilts ect.
Key responsibilities:
• Implementation and roll out of business plans to enhance the settlement process
• Direct and lead a number of reports
• Take a hand on approach to development and motivation of wider business streams
• Take responsibility for the performance and structure of key processes and departments
