Job description
Our client, an international fund manager specialising in private equity is looking for a fund accountant to join a well established team with Billions of pounds of assets under management. The successful individual will be diligent and ambitious with a strong work ethic and a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Responsibilities
Cash forecasting
Production of weekly and monthly reconciliations.
Collation of quarterly valuations
Assist in month end procedures.
Ad-hoc tasks within a variety of different areas.
Skills required
Previous experience in accounting, preferably studying towards their CIMA/ACCA qualification.
Previous experience in cash management (forecasting and reconciliations)
Proficient in Excel and word.
Ability to work in a close team environment
