Portfolio Manager – Client On Boarding
A leading Investment Bank is currently looking for a new Portfolio Manager to join a key strategic programme focused around client on boarding. This position requires candidates who have a solid track record working in a relationship manager role within Operations.
Within this role candidates will be responsible for ensuring all new client on boarding requests from Front Office & Sales are executed whilst delivering maximum client satisfaction. The clients are what the organisation considers to be ‘platinum’ so there is extensive emphasis on the level of service delivered to all clients.
You will be required to develop relations with both internal parties as well as new clients and guide them through the on boarding process. In addition to this, extensive communication to all stakeholders involved in the on boarding process is critical to ensure clear transparency through out the process.
Candidates applying for these positions will be required to demonstrate previous experience working in similar high profiled relationship manager roles within financial services.
