Job description
I am seeking a well rounded Senior Business analyst to join a Retail Bank based in the City for a 3 month rolling contract.
Upon joining the business you will work on projects to define, shape, review and validate requirements to Change processes and service offerings.
Your core accountabilities will include:
• Providing input into scope and objectives to ensure projects are mobilised effectively
• Identifying improvements to processes and systems to drive overall business improvement
• Challenge priorities and requirements to ensure proposals meet business needs
• Manage the production, prioritisation and agreement of business process and system requirements
• Ensure project activities and Changes are in line with business needs and requirements
• Manage activities to identify and evaluate the solution options to address business requirements and recommend the preferred option
• Manage the business to identify and quantify the benefits deriving from Change
You must have experience working in large organisations (ideally Retail banking). Additionally experience of moving operational work to 3rd party suppliers OR between operational sites would be an advantage.
