A pivotal role has become available for a Senior Business Analyst to work on a Group Strategic Programme tasked with implementing a new Target Operating model to ultimately drive business improvements.
Based in the heart of London, the successful applicant will work to deliver requirements to change processes and undertake a level of data analysis.
Core accountabilities include:
-Identify improvements to processes and systems to drive overall business improvement
-Challenge priorities and requirements to ensure proposals meet business needs
-Manage the production, prioritisation and agreement of business process and system requirements
-Ensure project activities and Changes are in line with business needs and requirements
-Manage activities to identify and evaluate the solution options to address business requirements and recommend the preferred option
-Manage the business to identify and quantify the benefits deriving from Change
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with accountable executives, customers, suppliers and colleagues across multiple business units
-Manage, motivate and develop project team members (internal and external), ensuring their performance is of the required standard to meet the needs of the business
-Manage reviews to ensure full understanding of issues and risks, formulate requirements on how these may be addressed
To be consider you will need to develop the necessary knowledge of systems, processes and procedures to ensure all elements of the project are delivered. Support the knowledge development of the project team and demonstrate strong process and business improvement experience.
