Job description
You must:
- Have a strong academic record - minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent.
- Hold a professional qualification - e.g. CIMA, ACA, MBA.
- Possess a solid record of high achievement in a consulting environment
- Have experience of working in a blue chip environment.
- Be able to demonstrate project based skills.
- Be Confident to take control and responsibility, monitoring the projects progress from start to finish.
- Possess entrepreneurial vision
-Have strong communication skills across all levels up to senior clients.
- Be able to demonstrate a highly analytical mind.
- Leadership skills and previous managerial experience of teams of consultants
- Have experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Financial business partnering
• Finance Shared Service Centres and outsourcing
• Finance Performance Management.
• Business intelligence.
- Be fully flexible with regards to travel.
