Job description
We are currently recruiting a position for a large, well-established Not-for-Profit Organisation based in Central London who are in need of an experienced accountant with a background in Service Charge Accounting to re-structure this function.
You will be fully responsible for identifying weaknesses in the current processes and designing and implementing improvements, working alongside the Financial Accountant and Director of Housing.
The Service Charge accounting needs to be brought from annual to monthly reconciliations in accordance with the legislative framework.
Previous experience on SAP would be beneficial.
