Terms & Conditions

1) The referred individual must be placed, by Goodman Masson, within 6 months of registering with Goodman Masson.
2) The referral fee will be paid on successful completion of the placed individual’s probationary period (minimum of 4 weeks).
3) The value of the referral fee is dependent on the placed inidividual’s remuneration package:

• £300 for salaries over £60,000
• £250 for salaries over £40,000
• £200 for salaries over £25,000
• £150 for salaries under £25,000 (for temporary workers minimum remuneration of £8 per hour)
