Your Weekend, Jess' got it planned

Here at Goodman Masson, we know just how hard you work! So we wanted to share with you some great events that are happening in London this weekend. Check out Senior Consultant, Jessica Swindon's top picks for this week...

Bon Voyage Bingo – Dabbers Social Bingo

Bingo is not usually a word you associate with Friday nights but this place is seriously fun! Tomorrow night the theme is ‘Bingo Voyage’ where you can sip on their array of delicious cocktails and if you are lucky you can win a holiday somewhere! Last week it was for 2 people to Barcelona! It’s very quirky with games like ‘Twerk it out’, ‘Poncho Ping Pong’ and ‘Rattle Battle’. Definitely book a ‘baller booth’ if you can get a gang together.

Orchids festival at Kew - Colours of Colombia

Did you know Colombia has 4270 species of orchids?!! Kew Gardens is celebrating the biodiversity of Colombia through one of ‘London’s most beautiful events’. You can take a stroll along a designated pathway where orchids will be curated to depict toucans, hanging sloths and even a swimming turtle!

Nelson Mandela Exhibition

Go on a journey through the life of Mandela, one of the most iconic people of all time. This major new exhibition has opened at the Leake Street gallery a century on from his birth and you can see photos, video clips and artefacts on loan from museums around the world.

Chinese New Year Celebrations

Celebrate the year of the pig with Chinese New Year celebrations kicking off this week. Apparently London has the biggest Chinese New Year celebrations outside of Asia! You can enjoy a colourful parade and stage performances in the West End before heading to China Town to indulge in traditional Chinese meals and festive treats!

Recovery Sunday Roast at The Abbeville

Nothing better than Sunday Roast and The Abbeville in Clapham has nailed it. With a Yorkshire pudding bigger than your head you won’t be disappointed. To finish up, grab a coffee from Gailes next door and walk your lunch off with a stroll around Clapham Common.
