With this change was a high volume of recruitment through all positions within the organisation, with a particular focus on Finance, Technology and Housing Development positions.

Goodman Masson had an on-site Recruitment Manager who worked with them to address their requirements, including a number of Executive Search processes. With set timescales and target profiles, project planning the recruitment drives was crucial, alongside ensuring the employer brand was positioned correctly through all advertising and social media platforms.
