A leading global Financial Services and Wealth Management company are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join on a 3 month fixed term contract.

The Role

An Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team to support the company's growth following their recent acquisition.

Duties

  • Assist with credit control process
  • Process invoices, payments and credit notes in multiple currencies
  • Resolve invoice queries
  • Build excellent client relationships
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments
  • Liaise regularly with consultants to ensure all debt is recovered in a timely fashion
  • Ensure records are up to date and well-organised
  • Approve employee expenses
  • Payment runs using Sage 300
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist with statutory reports
  • Provide support on an ad hoc basis
  • Improve our accounts payable processes
