We are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant role based in Angel. The role is a 4 month FTC role to start ASAP.
The responsibilities of the role include:
* Process purchase invoices for payment
* Respond to all incoming enquiries to Accounts Payable
* Create bi-monthly payment files for review by management
* Reconcile supplier statements monthly
* Provide accruals and prepayments to Finance Manager at month end
* Provide cover for the Finance Assistant where necessary
* Any other duties as determined by the Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Candidates are required to start ASAP and therefore must be immediately available.
