A great opportunity has risen for an Actuarial Analyst to work for a mutual who specialise in with profits and annuities. This opportunity sits under the Chief Actuary and will get exposure to a variety of work including valuation, experience analysis, Solvency II valuation, financial projections, ALM and maintaining actuarial models.

This role provides a great opportunity to get variety on your CV whilst working in-house for a successful and growing business. You will be part of a team of 10 and get daily exposure to C-suite stakeholders where you can build on your core actuarial experience whilst studying towards your exams. Full study support is on offer as well as a competitive package including 28 days holiday, agile working, annual bonus and very good pension.

In order to be considered for the role, you will:

  • Be a student life actuary making progress with your exams or be a stopped studier or qualified by experience
  • You will also have experience in either valuation, Solvency II, IFRS, with profits or unit linked products
  • Have a good work ethic, work well in a team and thrive in an environment where you can be challenged
