My client is looking for an ambitious individual who can effectively manage a group of people, resources, and budgets. Can you make our shops the hub of the local community?

Key responsibilities:

In this hands-on role, you will support all people across our charity stores including paid and volunteering staff.

  • Maximising profit by effectively analysing shop financial data.
  • Develop an effective area plan to generate additional income using local corporate contacts and (social) media.
  • Generate quality donated goods through area driven incentives.
  • Achieve all agreed KPIs.
  • Ensuring a high standard of merchandising and visual display is delivered.
  • Ensuring high levels of cleanliness are maintained throughout the area.
  • Carry out monthly PRs for managers.
  • Identify and manager poor performance.
  • Where appropriate, attend volunteer meetings, making sure they are valued and rewarded for their contributions.
  • Ensure all shops comply with the client’s policies.
  • Promote positive internal and external relationships to maximise income and profit.


  • Proven successful track record in multi-site area retail management.
  • Experience of performance management.
  • Excellent understanding of high street retail and fashion.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to implement and embed strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
