My Client, a central London based housing association are looking an Asset Project Manager to come in to their team.
The role will focus on managing the successful delivery of their planned works projects with a particular focus on fire risk assessment
The key tasks required in the role are:
- To prepare briefs for consultants and contractors on proposed works projects as required
- To follow the planned works procedure suggesting improvements where identified
- Appointment, briefing and monitoring of consultants where specialist skills are required
- Measurement of works and carrying out audit check of contractor applications
There is a salary of £41k on offer.
The successful applicant will have or be working towards RICS, RIBA, CIOB, CABE or similar.
You must have successfully managed consultants and contractors on major construction projects
