Assistant Finance Business Partner - Health care Charity - North London

I am currently recruiting an Assistant Finance Business Partner for a National Health-care charity based in North London. Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will be the key point of contact for budget holders across multiple directorates.

We are looking for a part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience of:

  • Preparing monthly management report packs for budget holders
  • Analysing variances and working with budget holders on forecasts
  • Putting together annual budgets
  • Upskilling budget holders on their finance literacy

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate complex financial information to non finance staff, have a genuine interest in building successful relationships and pursuing a career as a finance business partner.

This role will be paying between £30,000 and £40,000 (depending upon experience) plus a very generous benefits package including study support.
