Delivering an effective service to the organisation's customers by providing support to the budgeting and management accounting processes. Working with budget holders across the business, you will deliver the Management accounts, provide support for the quarterly and annual budgets as well as support the implementation of new planning systems for budgets and forecasts. Other responsibilities include though are not limited to the following:
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Liaise with key non-finance budget holders to support on the provision of relevant and accurate financial data in the budget-setting process
- Lead on key contracts (budget setting, liaising with service providers on delivery)
- Reconcile and prepare journals on a monthly basis
You will be a part-qualified accountant in a recognised CCAB accounting qualification. You will possess proven skills in excel (Intermediate level) and experience in partnering with relevant stakeholders across a business.
