I am currently partnering with an exciting consultancy business based in Central London who are seeking a receivables focused Accounts Assistant to join their medium sized team on a 9-12 month basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will take responsibility for a variety of transactional areas with a focus on collections and monthly billing.
- Monthly billing to clients
- Liaising with project managers to ensure invoice data integrity
- Reporting invoicing figures into the FM
- Contract management
- Collection of outstanding debt
- Purchase ledger payment runs
- Expenses for business heads
- Support with monthly management accounts where necessary
