A City based Asset Manager is looking for a Business Analyst to support their Distributions function by reviewing and making procedural changes to their client journey.

The successful candidate will focus on the analysis, design of new processes and implementation of changes. You will drive key areas of change throughout the client journey, documenting process flows and seeking agreement with internal teams to ensure successful roll out. Additionally you will regulatory update the management team of your analysis and findings, enhance operational efficiency through promotion and facilitation of increased collaboration and work closely with Technology to ensure that processes and controls migrate to systems that enhance the client journey.

To apply for this role you must have direct experience of working within the Asset / Investment Management industry. You will have a good understanding of client life management, a good appreciation of investment and operational risk and likely to have worked within a Client Services function of an Asset Manager before (pls note that candidates who don't have a strong Asset / Investment Management background will not be considered). You will have a hands on experience of working as a Business Analyst/Change Manager with experience of process design and, ideally, experience of Visio (or similar).

This is an urgent role so, if you fit the required skill set, you are encouraged to submit your CV in application asap.
