An Investment Manager in London is looking for a Business Analyst with a good understanding of Fixed Income Derivative products to investigate issues in their production of Performance Attribution data.

The Business Analyst will be required to identify limitations regarding data sources which feed their attribution system and work to implement solutions. Specifically that will include:

- data analysis of a number of data sources feeding the attribution system (SimCorp and Bloomberg PORT)

- generate metrics to report on data qualify issues and document issues / liaise with the internal Technology team

- perform functional testing and coordinate business user acceptance testing

- coordinate and lead meetings / workshops

To apply for this role you are likely to one of the following backgrounds:

1 - experience of working within Performance Attribution and then having moved into a change / Business Analysis role with a good understanding of Fixed Income Derivative products

2 - a broad Operational background with a good understanding of data flows across front and middle office (including performance attribution) with a strong understanding of Fixed Income Derivative products - must be a business rather than technical background
