*Permanent Role- Business Systems Analyst*
My client is a large housing association based in Manchester, looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the team permanently.

Location: Manchester
Travel requirements: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £35,000- £39,000 (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be:
- Support Systems: Providing 3rd line support and acting as technical lead for business-critical systems within IT including in house, mobile and customer facing products.
- Supervise Support: Supervising 2nd and 3rd line support activities performed by colleagues.
- System Maintenance: Carrying out improvements, upgrades, and security patches to maintain systems and ensure secure and reliable data.
- Solution Research: Researching and testing solutions for business challenges
- Project Coordination: Responsible for coordinating small to medium-sized projects.
- Workload Management: Managing your workload efficiently.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you should meet the following requirements:
- Coding Expertise: Understanding of coding concepts to enhance system functionality.
- MS, SQL and Oracle knowledge in the workplace
- Experience using query tools for scripting and data interrogation
- Previous involvement in systems projects from beginning to end.
Additional information:
- Desirable Domain Knowledge: Utilise your knowledge in NEC Housing (Northgate/NPS) and QL Finance to address system requirements effectively.
