My client, a South London NHS Organisation is seeking both a Change Lead and Change Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
These roles are an integral part of an EPR implementation.
3 - 6 month contracts, competitive day rates
Change Lead must have
- Experience of an EPR system implementation
- Operational documentation development
- Experince writing detailed change plans
- Experience of Benefits management
- knowledge of community healthcare
Change Analyst must have
- Excellent NHS experience including experience of an EPR implementation
- Workflow development (including process mapping ability)
- Workshop leadership & facilitation skills
