About the role:

Goodman Masson are working alongside one of the UK’s leading housing associations to recruit experienced construction professionals for a new opportunity within their Planned Works Team. This is an exciting and rewarding role providing quality assurance for planned works delivery, and ensuing the delivery of investment programmes. This is an agile role, which will involve site visits across the South East or South West of England.

This role involves:

  • Site visits to monitor the progress of works on site
  • Ensuring adherence to specification, quality of materials and workmanship
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met
  • Providing liaison between contractors and residents.

What we’re looking for:

  • Sound experience and knowledge of construction
  • Understanding of Building Regulations
  • HNC or equivalent
  • Experience with customer service
  • Ability to liaise between contractors, residents and administrators

Working with us:

  • £39K base salary, plus £1800 car allowance, and 10% bonus
