A private equity backed e-commerce business is looking for a recently qualified accountant for a Commercial Finance Analyst position. The Commercial Finance Analyst will work as a business partner to a range of departments including technology, product and other non-finance teams.

This is a highly commercial role with a significant opportunity to make an impact in a rapidly expanding international business in 'scale up' mode. The Commercial Finance Analyst will provide decision support to these teams through the provision of budgeting, forecasting, business cases, investment appraisals and external market analysis.

The Commercial Finance Analyst position is a key new hire for the commercial finance team. This hire will play a major role in the continued growth of the wider finance department and the support it provides to the business. Finance is seen as an integral part of the success of the organisation as a whole and this individual will be well integrated with the teams he/she supports.

The Commercial Finance Analyst should be a recently qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA or equivalent) with a strong academic track record. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate transferable experience in providing financial analysis and decision support to senior stake holders in order to aid decision making.
