Goodman Masson have an excellent opportunity for an intelligent, career driven and highly analytical Commercial Finance Analyst to join my clients FTSE 100 leading FMCG organisation. If you are an Accounting and Finance/Economics/Mathematics Graduate with a 1st from a top 20 Univeristy with 2 years Commercial Analysis/Business Partnering experience and looking for an opportunity to further your career in a fast paced, dynamic and lucrative company, this position is for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the period end process ensuring the integrity of corporate RCC cost numbers in the P&L and on the balance sheet.
  • Maintain store financial models used to generate budgets and provide stores and other stakeholders with variance analysis relating to the retail cost element of the P&L and B/S.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate periodic performance and variance analysis to the Financial Planning and Senior Retail Teams.
  • Taking responsibility for elements of the quarterly budget process, by engaging with key stakeholders and refining current methodologies.

In order to be consider for this position you must be a Part-qualified Account (CIMA,ACCA or CIMA) with 2 years commercial finance analysis/business partnering experience in the Retail/FMCG sector. Along with this, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, advanced excel skills and hold a 1st Accounting/Finance degree from a top 20 university.
