Commercial Finance Manager

FTSE 100 Technology company | Commercial Finance Manager | £60,000 – £65,000 + 10% bonus

Our company, a leading global technology company, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and modelling support to the Board, as well as collaborating with other departments to develop and execute strategic initiatives. The position reports to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment analysis
• Provide financial analysis and support to the Board of Directors, including the preparation of board presentations and reports
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Evaluate and prioritise investment opportunities based on financial metrics and strategic fit
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including developing financial models and preparing presentations
• Monitor and report on financial and operational performance against targets and industry benchmarks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Executive Team and other departments
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function

Requirements:

• ACA qualified
• Strong financial modelling skills, including experience with discounted cash flow analysis and scenario modelling
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with senior executives and Board members
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in the technology industry
