I'm currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a Ecommerce team of a FTSE retailer.

This is a high profile and key commercial Finance role, business partnering the online trading teams, ensuring that our reporting is accurate and robust and providing insightful analysis to drive performance of the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting of trading performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

§ Responsible for providing insightful commentary that tells the story of channel performance and that looks not only at prior week/month performance but also looks ahead to key risks and opportunities

§ Provide insight on the key profit drivers for the channel and key areas for focus

§ Produce Food Category P&L's with insightful commentary that tell the story of performance and highlight the key profit levers

§ Robust reporting of key performance metrics ensuring these are accurate and fully reconciled to financial data

§ Competitor benchmarking against other online retailers to provide insightful analysis that can be shared with the Senior Leadership team

§ Proactive stakeholder management to join the dots between each area of the channel to enable us to tell a holistic view of online performance that includes operational KPIs as well as Financial KPIs

§ Key contact for Investor Relations queries at quarter end to provide key numbers and to help provide colour behind the numbers

They are looking for someone is a minimum of 2 years post qualified with extensive retail experience ideally within ecommerce. You must have worked within a commercial finance position and be used to business partnering with non finance.
