Goodman Masson are recruiting for a dynamic commercial production analyst to join a leading advertising business.

Role Requirements

  • Income recognition - requiring regular chasing of producers to ensure jobs get reconciled on time
  • Maintaining the Flare Productions Revenue/ Passthrough income tracker
  • Ad hoc analysis for all Integrated Production segments
  • General team assistance for Flare including help with any AP queries related to this department
  • Comp (payroll and freelancers) analysis as required by Commercial Controller and assistance with preparation of PPT decks relating to staff costs
  • Approval of Freelance overtime invoices in the AX system
  • Specified Commercial Manager Support:

- analysis for specific clients, reviewing how the time spent on a particular project compares to the hours sold. This is key for understanding client profitability.

- Commercial support on specific accounts where most detailed reporting/analysis is required

The successful candidate must be:

  • Advanced Excel skills a must, as well as being comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to summarise complicated data into easily understood presentations;
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Confident in communicating at all levels of the organisation including non-finance
  • Hands-on, energetic, proactive, self-starter who is able to work to tight deadlines
  • Part- Qualified ACCA/CIMA or highly numerate background
  • Strong attention to detail, speed and accuracy essential
  • Strong Academics
  • Placement year or 1 year in industry
